There is one thing that you can trust in: right here is a man or a woman who is called by your name. Before you have doubt or pessimism, you are already here. You exist right in the middle of reality, which means your life is fully alive right now.

You keep ambling about, sad, desperate for rain and there is already a flood inside your house
The Light of Love is making love with you even before you wake up
The Sun shines inside your chest in the middle of the night
The thirst you feel arises from the Beloved's cup lying, waiting, upon your parched lips
All-this-and-more ~ always More ~ but you still don't see, don't hear, regardless of how much you look and seek ~ you've been trained to stay asleep congratulated for your deafness to the lovely Birdsong
One day, when you stop knocking at the door, ~ you'll see! ~ see this dream you've been calling my life is a dream while the dream looked for, longed for, has always been not a dream, yes! you ~ you are your life
Flower buds are opening all around your feet ~ what a grand revelation! amazing! and right here ~ this one Springtime beautifying all seasons
Each rose petal a Love Letter from your Heart ~ the amorous scent of each one unfurled an invitation to your Lover's ecstatic Embrace
What to do? Stop doing! Now is the time for seeing, listening, and receiving Now is a time for Grace

Can you rest from the urge to move forward and stop to savor the taste of Life, your life, for this one moment? If you can begin with this one moment, you can learn how to enjoy the taste of life for life. You lose everything to find you lost nothing.
